Motherless respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws worldwide.
If you believe content on Motherless infringes your copyright, send a written notification that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on Motherless; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Upon receipt of a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the referenced material and notify the uploader where applicable. Repeat infringers may have access terminated.
Counter-notifications may be submitted if you believe material was removed in error. Counter-notices must meet DMCA statutory requirements. We may restore content unless the complainant seeks a court order.
